When Do We Ship?

Your order will be process within 14 – 21 business days.

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the merchandise you choose, the size and weight of the package, and where the order is going. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you will see how the much your merchandise and delivery estimates change.

How Do We Ship?

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. We choose the shipping company necessary to get your items to you within the above time frame.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. Extra shipping will occurred

Shipping to a P.O. box
Some items too big to ship to a P.O. box must be shipped to a street address.

Signature Requirements
Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $100.

 

 General Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by www.haircentral.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

   You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that are Not Returnable

Haicentral.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any CD, DVD, or VHS tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a  replacement will be sent of the same item)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
